Vicegram Terms of Use
Welcome to Vicegram. By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully, as they form a legally binding agreement between you and Vicegram. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use Vicegram.
These Terms of Use are designed to protect both our users and our platform. They cover account responsibilities, acceptable use, ownership of content, advertising rules, liability, and dispute resolution. By continuing to use Vicegram, you acknowledge that you understand and accept these terms in full.
Module 1: Eligibility
You must be at least 15 years old to use Vicegram. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate and truthful. Accounts found to be created by users under 15 will be permanently removed.
Module 2: Account Responsibilities
When you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials. You agree not to share your account with others, impersonate another person, or provide false information. You are fully responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
Module 3: Acceptable Use
Vicegram is built for open expression and community engagement, but certain activities are prohibited. You agree not to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
- Post or share content that infringes on intellectual property rights.
- Engage in harassment, doxxing, or direct threats of violence.
- Spread malware, spam, or attempt to disrupt platform functionality.
- Exploit Vicegram for fraudulent or illegal activity.
Content that violates these rules may be removed, and accounts may be suspended or terminated at our discretion.
Module 4: Content Ownership
You retain ownership of the content you post on Vicegram. However, by posting, you grant Vicegram a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of operating our platform. This license ends when you delete your content or your account, except where content has been shared by others or embedded externally.
Module 5: Advertising and Payments
Vicegram allows users and businesses to purchase advertisements. All payments are processed securely through PayPal, and Vicegram does not store your banking details. You agree not to attempt to manipulate ad systems, commit payment fraud, or exploit platform features in ways not intended.
Module 6: Termination of Accounts
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms of Use or other platform policies. In the event of termination, you may lose access to your account and all associated data. Users who repeatedly violate policies may be permanently banned from Vicegram.
Module 7: Disclaimers and Liability
Vicegram provides its services on an "as-is" basis. We do not guarantee that the platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from harmful components. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vicegram disclaims all liability for damages arising from the use or inability to use our services.
Module 8: Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute, you agree to first contact Vicegram directly to attempt an informal resolution. If unresolved, disputes will be handled in accordance with applicable laws of the country in which Vicegram is registered. By using Vicegram, you waive your right to participate in class-action lawsuits against the company.
Module 9: Policy Updates
These Terms of Use are effective as of 31st August 2025. We reserve the right to update or revise these terms at any time. If changes are made, you will be notified upon accessing your account. Continued use of Vicegram after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
